Big Show Just Said This About His Future In The WWE

Since joining the WWE in 1999, The Big Show has been a staple in the business. He has had a major role in helping build the company’s brand to what it has become today. However, the 44-year-old in a recent interview with The Miami Herald discussed his future in the ring.

“I’ve had a great career and had a lot of fun. So whatever happens in the future, I’m gonna take it. If I get a phone call tomorrow, and Vince [McMahon] says, ‘Thank you very much. I appreciate everything you’ve done.’ Well, that said, I can hold my head high and go on and do other things. I don’t want to ever look back and say, ‘I wish I could have,’ or ‘I wish I would have.’ I’m just a guy who is very thankful. I still have my health, and I still get a chance to do something I love every now and then.”

Show has seen his role steadily decrease over the last couple of years. He was most recently featured in WrestleMania 32 as a participant in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. He also made his return on Raw earlier this week during a backstage segment with Apollo Crews.

If his wrestling days are indeed numbered, he has had an extremely successful career with the WWE that includes winning the World Heavy championship, World Tag Team title, Intercontinental championship, U.S title, and Hardcore championship. It’s clear that he still has the desire to keep going but it’s also apparent that he’s willing to step away if asked. Show accomplished everything in the ring that should make him a future WWE Hall of Famer.
