Details of LeBron James’ MASSIVE Endorsement Deal With Nike Were Just Leaked. WOW!

LeBron James may not be the MVP of the NBA anymore, but he’s still considered by many to be the greatest player on the planet. At least that’s what Nike feels. As James continues his quest to bring an NBA championship to the Cleveland Cavaliers, his manager Maverick Carter is also keeping busy. In an interview with GQ Magazine, Carter recently revealed the worth of the Nike/LeBron endorsement deal. The numbers are simply staggering:

“How much was the deal for?”
“I can’t say.”

“Come on, Mav! Can you ballpark it?”
“What are people saying?”

“Kanye said a billion. So a billion.”
[Maverick smiles and points one finger skyward.]

“Holy (expletive).”
“Yeah. It’s a fantastic deal. Nike feels great about the deal. That’s the most important thing. As great as I feel, as great as LeBron feels—Nike feels fantastic about it. It’s the largest deal in the history of the company. Their hope is he makes even more. And our hope is that, too, obviously.”

While Carter didn’t explicitly reveal the exact number, it’s safe to say that James could retire today and still have enough money to take care of his family for generations to come. Nike is clearly all in on James and the former MVP is relishing it every step of the way. James is doing big things right now. He is also slated to star in the upcoming film Space Jam 2.

It seems, these days, the only thing left for James to do is win a title for the team that drafted him After that, we can safely say that James is truly the “KING” of the NBA world. Granted, Steph Curry is still the MVP, but he doesn’t have a deal with Nike worth near 10 figures.
