WWE Has Announced Another Match For Backlash

The WWE is less than a week away from the Backlash pay-per-view. It already features a full card of matches with several implications. According to 411 Mania, the WWE has added another one to the event on Tuesday night.

On Tuesday night’s episode of Talking Smack, another match was added to this Sunday’s Backlash. Shane McMahon granted Erick Rowan a match against Luke Harperduring the post-Smackdown show.

The inclusion of this match came to be expected with the two going head to head over the last few weeks following the departure of Bray Wyatt to Raw. Harper has been a babyface run for the last couple of months while Rowan has remained a heel.

Beyond this, there isn’t much of a storyline for either wrestler at the moment. The two don’t have truly have any strong connections to anything larger. Until their feud runs it’s course, they will stay deadlocked against each other.
